Role Overview We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions. You will build smart features directly into our ERP and technical workflows, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), automated agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and traditional machine learning pipelines like OCR and Voice Recognition.

Key Responsibilities · Develop and deploy AI applications using LLMs (cloud-based or local models). · Design and implement traditional machine learning pipelines for Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Voice Recognition, and data extraction. · Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for internal data and documentation. · Design automated AI agents (e.g., automated code review agents, intelligent CLI tools). · Integrate AI APIs and intelligent endpoints into existing .NET/C# backend architectures. · Optimize prompts, manage context windows, and fine-tune models for specific domain tasks. · Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure scalable and secure AI deployments.

Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. · Demonstrated hands-on experience in software development and AI/ML integration. · Strong programming skills in Python. · Proven experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. · Experience building or integrating traditional ML models for image processing, OCR, or audio transcription. · Experience interacting with REST APIs and handling JSON data structures. · Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to translate research into production code.Nice to Have · Experience running local models (Transformers, Ollama). · Familiarity with enterprise software (ERP) or healthcare data protocols. · Background in automated static analysis or neuro-symbolic systems
